If this is how vacation is, I'd rather be at work

I've been sick since December 13th. Today is the 30th.  For you math-challenged folks, that's 18 days.

I finally couldn't take it anymore and went to my doctor this morning. As I suspected, I have a sinus and ear infection and I get to take antibiotics for the next 10 days. It'll take two or three days for the antibiotics to kick in so by the time I'm feeling better, it'll be time for me to go back to work on January 5th. Yay!

This has been the worst vacation in the history of vacations.
