So, I just did a short strength session tonight. 125 sit-ups on the stability ball (75 regular, 50 oblique twists) 50 push-ups with the ball 3 x 12 back extensions on the ball 3 x 20 bicep curls with 10 lb weights 3 x 20 tricep curls with 10 lb weights 3 x 20 shoulder shrugs with 10 lb weights Labels: Strength |
